According to the current regulations each product purchased on can be returned without any penalty or justification, within 10 working days starting from the delivery date of the Good, or services from the day of conclusion of the contract.

When the Customer is a natural person acting for purposes which are not involved with entrepreneurial, trade, business, craft or professional activities has the right to withdrawal.

The right to return goods is excluded in the case of audio-visual products, sealed software, once opened (including those attached to hardware), custom-made products and, in general, in all other cases provided for by art. 55 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005. Any limitation on the right to return goods will be highlighted in the order form when the Customer fills it out.

METHODS to exercise the withdrawal rights:

In order to exercise the right to return goods, the Customer must perform the following procedure:

  1. 1) login to the Platform with his own log-in information (username and password);
  2. 2) access to the reserved area, the order page and select the item he wants to return;
  3. 3) click on "Request Return" linked to the item he wants to return;
  4. 4) fill in all fields of the return form and send it through the platform to the Seller;
  5. 5) select the "return an item" service (if the Customer does not want to provide with his own delivery company) and accept the cost of shipping required to return the item (in this case the Customer will not pay nothing to the courier and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund) or, as an alternative, he can choose another courier.
    If the price of the returned item is less than the cost of shipping required for the return of the item, you cannot take advantage of the "return an item" service and the customer must provide with his own delivery company.
  6. 6) view and accept the Return Policy Conditions and exercise the right of withdrawal;
  7. 7) prepare the delivery of the item to delivery company taking care that the item is undamaged, complete with all accessories (including certificates of authenticity and warranty, instructions, cables, etc. ...) and in its original box and packaging, without damages, including labels and guarantee stamp, where present: items must not be used, worn, washed or damaged.
    If the Customer has chosen to use the "return an item" service, he will receive instructions via e-mail along with waybill to be printed and attached to the package.
  8. 8) choose one of the following refund methods:
    • a) credit card or prepaid card used for payment;
    • b) PayPal account used for payment;
    • c) bank transfer (in which case you will need to indicate the IBAN and the account holder who must match the one making the payment).

The Seller shall notify the Customer within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the returned item via e-mail, the acceptance of the return of the item or the presence of any anomalies in relation to these conditions .

The Seller, when the right of withdrawal is exercised in full compliance with these terms and conditions stated, will make a refund as stated in Return Policy conditions.

If methods and return policy conditions won’t be respected the Customer must pick up the Good, at his expense, otherwise the Seller, after three months, can keep it.


The Seller, established the validity of the returned item according to the requirements stated on methods to exercise the withdrawal rights, shall refund the Customer as quickly as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Seller receives the request to return goods.

In case the order is not carried out the Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Customer, using the same payment system, in the shortest time possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the Seller has declared to the Customer that the item is not available or has received a refusal by the Customer to accept an item with the same value and features to replace the unavailable item.
