All products sold on can be found at the Sellers’ shops.
The shipping costs and delivery of the Goods, shall be paid by the Customer and vary depending on the weight and size of the item, the location of delivery and additional services selected, as well as the number of items selected from each store.
Customer can monitor shipping and delivery costs during the order processing and before to complete it, excepted for the over-sized products.


TIMES: delivers all over the world through reliable couriers, communicated during the order compilation.
With the order confirmation, Customer will receive the details of the Good delivery and times, together with the tracking number which allow to check the status of order.
The Customer can monitor the Good:

  2. 2. Through the courier web site.


We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or General Delivery. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday (excepted Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) from 9.00 to 19.00.
The courier will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts form Monday to Friday. If the Customer won’t be available at the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice containing the indications to arrange a new delivery. If all the 3 attempts will fail, the package will be returned to the Seller. The Customer will have 30 days to collect the Good, at his expense, At the end of this term, the Seller can keep the Good and the Customer will not be refunded.
The delivery methods of the courier are standard, at the ground floor and not by appointments, unless expressly indicated by our Customer Service.
Customer must check that the number of lots corresponds to what indicated in the transport document; that the packaging does not result damaged nor wet or, in any case altered, even in its packing materials, that the ordered products are delivered in perfect conditions.
Any errors in the delivery of products, damages to the packaging and/or the products or the non-correspondence of the number of lots or indications must immediately be challenged, by applying a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery form. Within 24 hours Customer will notify the matter to by e-mail to the following address:
If when Customer receives the order he the does not point out any anomaly, cannot be held responsible of any damage resulting from the transport of the products.
The Seller and cannot be in any way held responsible for loss, theft or damage of the shipped Goods in the following cases:

  • (i) in case of damage, theft and loss of the shipped Goods and the Customer proves that the event has occurred for gross negligence attributable to the courier, the responsibility of the latter is however limited to art. 1696 Civil Code;
  • (ii) in case the Customer signs for additional shipping insurance, the courier will be responsible within the limits of the contractual terms of insurance company, according to the Terms and Conditions available directly on the web site of the courier.

    In order to satisfy its Customers and not disregard the awaited and guarantee standards of quality, ShoppingDONNA offers the possibility to insure all the orders against the risk of transport, loss and handling.


    If the Customer chooses to deliver the package abroad, he agrees to pay any custom duties which are not automatically calculate on the price, therefore, he must inquiry about the costs.


    On it is possible to buy extra-large products, that is Goods with a weight greater than 70kg and/or voluminous (that is greater than 419 cm -2 x height + 2 x length).
    Filling out the order form the Customer will only book the extra-large Good, without to pay it.
    Following the booking, he will receive an e-mail containing all the information. After 5 days an e-mail will confirm the availability of the extra-large Good, the details of the shipping charges, the total cost and the PayPal link or the bank details, the information about the courier and any additional costs. The Customer must pay within two days.

    BOOKING – STORE PICK-UP: gives the opportunity to book the Good on-line and to pick it up at the store.
    The Customer will follow the procedure to book the Good and he must pick it up within 5 days from the order confirmation.
    The Customer, to pick up the Good, must go to the Seller’s location and exhibit his identity card (or the document of the person who made the purchase) together with the Order Confirmation e-mail.
    Customer has not the right of withdrawal, as the sale is not considered a distance sale, but an on-line booking.
    If the Customer won’t pick up the Good within 5 days from the date of the confirmation e-mail, the purchase will be cancelled and its availability won’t be guaranteed.
    Following this time the Customer will receive a voucher of the same value, otherwise, before the 5 days, he can ask for the refund, clicking on MyArea.
